Description

I did this pic (just like the others) by just using the in-game sprites as reference. i looked him up after the fact and i would do his jacket differently if i could (give him white decals).

but he is a sexy beast, so i'll likely draw him again! >: D

Don't ever change that jacket style, it's by far one of the best for setzer I've seen,the simplicity of it belies setzer's elegance.
